All such rights are expressly reserved to Kerry Lisa Davies Artist and she does not guarantee that any such rights either will or will not be exercised.

Items will be sent packaged in relevant packaging.
Delivery will normally take up to 8 days in the UK and up to 2 -3 weeks of payment being cleared. However, occasionally this date may be affected by factors beyond our control and so cannot be guaranteed. We will let you know if we become aware of an unexpected delay and will arrange a new estimated date with you.
Price of delivery will be shown in painting description but on occasion may need to be amended in which case The Artist will be in touch.

Returns
RETURNS
In the unlikely event that the Goods do not arrive as advertised, please let us know as soon as possible after delivery or collection. We will ask you to show photographic evidence and you can return the Goods to us or we may arrange collection and once we have checked that the Goods are damaged or defective, we will if applicable provide you with a full or partial refund (including refund of any reasonable delivery charges which you have incurred); Where possible we will Replace or Repair the Goods.
Goods will not be accepted for return unless we are reasonably satisfied that they are damaged or defective.
